My son (7) has been going for about a year and loves it! Tehseen is great with the kids, perfectly judging the right level of fun and teaching for them. The classes encompass a nice range of real-world techniques for their age group (blocking, punches, kicks, wrestling) that they can easily get to grips with, and through repeated practice build up speed and confidence. He especially loves the wrestling :)

As a parent you hope it never happens, but if my children do ever get set upon I'm confident that they both have the best chance of defending themselves and getting out of the situation. One is now 22 and the other 18 and they did Unleash for 7 and 9 years respectively. Both unfortunately had occasion to use what they learnt, one when set upon by a boy twice his size (put the assailant to the ground and walked away), the other in a night club to get free her friend from being assaulted. I've now been training myself for a year (I'm in my 60s). It's fun, friendly, good for fitness and I'm learning new skills. So its for all ages and the thing I love most is that they encourage younger members to share their skills and teach people who are older than them - great for building their confidence and employability skills.

This is a great club to train with. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. The classes are the perfect duration being just 1 hour. The students are very friendly and respectful of each other when sparing so you do not need to worry about getting injured. I have been training here about 2 months twice a week and I would highly recommend it for beginners or people with prior experience.

We have used Unleashed at our all-girls South London school twice this year and have booked a third session already to give all the girls the opportunity to take part. The sessions were well structured and parents thought it was a great opportunity. Communication was great and they were flexible when we had to change a date. The sessions themselves were organised in response to student voice that they didn’t feel safe in the community. These sessions gave the students the tools to defend themselves physically based on real scenarios but also gave them tips to keep themselves safe day to day. Couldn’t recommend more.
